Fantastically friendly place to visit. Ruth and Richard will always stop for a chat. The chandeliers is an Aladdin’s cave of interesting things including beautifully hand painted narrowboat art and crafts produced by Ruth, and they sell ice cream, so what more could you ask for. Definitely worth visiting them at Venetian Marina, Nantwich.

I bought Calor and coal several times from Chamberlain Carrying Company while moored along the Shropshire Union canal. I was recently widowed, deep in grief, and struggling emotionally. Ruth’s lovely smile and Richard’s quiet, helpful manner brought bright spot to bleak days, and good quality coal too!
